Research, with a clearer workflow.

MetaSyntra brings study-level evidence together in a browser-based meta-analysis workspace. Upload a CSV or Excel workbook, review its columns, choose an analysis approach, and download results alongside the settings used to generate them.
Review together
Open Review projects to define a PICOTT question, invite collaborators by email, import PubMed, Embase and Cochrane references, review duplicates, screen studies, extract outcomes and assess risk of bias. Approved data can become an R analysis draft. Local AI and optional hosted Granite provide suggestions for human review.
What you can do
Follow three steps: upload study data, review your choices, then read and download results. The simple workspace highlights the essential controls. Advanced methods and technical diagnostics are available in the administrator workspace. Saved settings and independent reruns let you compare choices. Start with the illustrated guide.
How the results are produced
R performs the statistical calculations on our hosted analysis engine. Optional IBM Granite assistance on Cloudflare suggests editable settings and organises excerpts from R outputs. It does not replace statistical review or generate new numerical findings. Trial sequential analysis is excluded from the website.
Your research workspace
Accounts separate each user’s workbooks and results. Authorised administrators can access data for support and service administration, with previews and downloads logged. Read our Privacy Notice for the details.
MetaSyntra is for research use. It is not a clinical decision service. Review the research limitations before relying on a result.
